Welcome to 123 Global Hotels! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies for staying at our boutique hotels: Le Papillon Hotel, Leatham Park Hotel, Aindale Hotel, and Daville Hotel. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. General Information

123 Global Hotels operates boutique properties designed for travellers, families, and groups. Our hotels offer a room-only basis with a complimentary breakfast bar available to all guests at no additional charge.
2. Reservations and Payments

All bookings are managed exclusively through Booking.com.

Payment terms, including deposits, full payments, and cancellation policies, are subject to the conditions set by Booking.com at the time of reservation. Please review your booking confirmation for details.

Guests are responsible for ensuring payment is completed as per Booking.com’s requirements.
3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance with the hotel directly.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate rooms by 11:00 AM on the departure date.

A valid official proof of ID may be requested at check-in.
4. Guest Eligibility

The minimum age to book or check into our hotels is 18.

Children under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult guardian aged 18 or older.
5. Room and Breakfast Policies

Rooms are provided on a room-only basis.

A complimentary breakfast bar is available 24/7 at no extra cost, offering a variety of cereals, fresh milk, hot drinks, and bottled water. Availability of specific items may vary and is subject to change without notice.

No additional food or beverage services are provided beyond the complimentary breakfast bar.
6. Guest Conduct

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, and on hotel premises.

No Parties: Parties, loud music, or excessive noise that disturbs other guests or neighbours are not permitted.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our hotels.

Guests are expected to respect the comfort and enjoyment of others and comply with staff instructions.
7. Liability

Personal Property: 123 Global Hotels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables.

Damage to Property: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or wilful actions.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the payment method provided via Booking.com for such damages.
8. Right of Refusal

123 Global Hotels reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest’s stay without refund if these Terms and Conditions are violated, or if behaviour poses a risk to the safety, security, or well-being of staff, guests, or neighbours.
9. Safety and Security

Guests must comply with all posted safety guidelines and instructions from hotel staff.

Unauthorised visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
10. CCTV Policy
-
Purpose: 123 Global Hotels uses CCTV systems with video and audio recording to enhance security and safety, deter crime, protect property, and ensure the well-being of guests, staff, and visitors.

Scope: Cameras are installed in public areas such as entrances, lobbies, hallways, and parking areas. No cameras are placed in private guest rooms or restrooms. Recording may incidentally capture areas beyond hotel boundaries where unavoidable.

Legal Compliance: The system adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA), ICO guidance, and the Human Rights Act 1998. Audio recording is used only where necessary and proportionate for security purposes.

Camera Positioning: Cameras focus on hotel property, minimising capture of public or neighbouring areas. Audio recording is enabled only at entry points to capture threats or incidents, not private conversations.

Signage: Clear signs are displayed at all entry points and monitored areas stating: “CCTV in operation – Video and Audio Recording” with contact details for the Person in Charge.

Data Minimisation: We capture only what is necessary for security.

Storage and Retention: Recordings are stored securely on an encrypted cloud storage with 2 factors authentication access. Footage is retained for 60 days, unless required longer for a specific investigation or legal purpose, after which it is automatically deleted using secure methods.

Access: Access is restricted to authorised staff and logged. Footage may be shared with police or in response to a lawful Subject Access Request (SAR), with third-party identities protected.

Individual Rights: Guests may request access to their footage, object to recording, or request erasure by contacting the Director. Requests are handled within one month per GDPR/DPA.

Maintenance and Review: The system is checked monthly, and this policy is reviewed annually (next review: March 17, 2026).

By staying with us, you consent to being recorded in public areas of the hotel.
11. No Local Taxes or Special Events

There are no additional local taxes or fees beyond the room rate agreed upon via Booking.com.

Our hotels do not host events, and no seasonal policies apply unless otherwise specified in your booking terms.
12. Changes to Terms

123 Global Hotels may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your stay.
